Procedure
- Confirm against the per-store baseline. Rule out promo pull-forward and weather.
- Size the replenishment from the cluster demand forecast; suppress if a PO is already in transit.
- Open a case, assign to the category buyer, draft the order against the WMS.
- Gate the write-back on buyer approval. 4-hour SLA before escalation.
- Close when on-shelf reads confirm fill rate back above threshold.
Outcome metric
Fill rate vs. baseline over 14 days. Positive if it holds above the agreed threshold for 7 of them.
